Resetting a password

Resetting a password can be done from either inside the MemAuth application, or via a Password Reset page Accessed from the login page.

To reset a password from inside the application, go to Account and then Security. You will need to know the existing password to reset it.

To change to password externally, an option to change the password will be send to the registered email address.
