Grace Days
When a Recipient’s account is overdue, typically their status is suspended. If this is the case, the unique secure image, loaded on the Recipient’s website become “white space”. White Space is where there is no image provided, or indication of a broken link (as is frequent) but simply a clear space.
However an Issue may have a policy that a Recipient is still current if the account is paid by Due Date plus X days. X is set across the complete organisation, that is the same policy applied to all Recipients.
